Audrey Brunken of Martin Luther King High in California placed second in the 2-mile girls senior race in 12:16.9 at the Fastback Invitational in the first cross country meet held at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut since the 2019 Foot Locker West Regionals. Brunken produced the fifth-fastest time overall from all four sections combined for the Wolves, who secured seventh as a team with 238 points.
