Aiden Aldana and Andrew Perez of St. John Bosco High in California finished first and fifth in the 2-mile boys sophomore race at the Fastback Invitational in the first cross country event held at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut since the 2019 Foot Locker West Regionals. Aldana clocked 10:31.5 to secure 10th overall and Perez ran 11:06.6 to finish 40th for the Braves, who were seventh as a team with 261 points.
